vSeeBox is a premium Android TV media player. It connects to your TV via HDMI and, over a stable internet connection, runs the streaming apps you install from the Google Play Store. To watch content, you sign in with the streaming services you already subscribe to — vSeeBox is the hardware that brings your apps together in one place.
Are there any monthly subscription fees?
The vSeeBox device itself is a one-time purchase with no monthly fees payable to us. To access content, you use your own separate subscriptions to third-party streaming services (such as Netflix, Prime Video, or a live TV provider), which are billed by those providers and are not included with the device.
What internet speed do I need for smooth streaming?
For the best experience, we recommend a stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps for standard HD streaming. If you plan to stream in 4K, 6K, or 8K (on supported models like the Elite Ultra or V6 Plus), we recommend 25-30+ Mbps for buffer-free playback.
Can I use vSeeBox on an older TV?
Yes, as long as your TV has an available HDMI port. The vSeeBox works perfectly with older flat-screen TVs and turns them into a high-powered Smart TV instantly. An HDMI cable is included in the box.
How do I use the Voice Remote?
The vSeeBox comes with a Bluetooth voice remote (included with supported models). Simply press the microphone button on the remote and speak your command — search for shows, open apps, or control playback hands-free. Pair it via Bluetooth for the best experience.
Can I install my own apps like Netflix, YouTube, or Hulu?
Yes! The vSeeBox runs a full Android OS with access to the Google Play Store. You can download and install your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Disney+, and many more directly on the device.
Can I take my vSeeBox when traveling?
Yes! The vSeeBox is highly portable (especially models like the Elite Mini). As long as you have a TV with an HDMI port and a stable Wi-Fi connection at your hotel, Airbnb, or vacation home, you can plug in and stream just like at home.
Does vSeeBox come with a warranty?
Yes, every authentic vSeeBox comes with a standard 1-Year Hardware Warranty. If your box experiences any manufacturer defects or hardware failures within the first year, it will be covered for repair or replacement. Service support is unlimited.
